Jonah is an affordable housing executive with more than 20 years of public- and private-sector experience. He has held senior leadership roles at Capital One, the San Francisco Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development, and the New York City Housing Development Corporation. His career has focused on expanding access to affordable housing and driving community impact, leading multidisciplinary teams in financing, development, preservation, portfolio management, and LIHTC equity investing nationwide.
He holds B.A. and M.A. degrees in Economics from the City College of New York and is an active contributor to national housing organizations.
Jonah lives with his wife and daughter in San Mateo, California.
