Housing Options

Stevenson House residents live in one of our three low-rise buildings (A, B and C) in either a studio or one bedroom apartment. There are 92 studios and 28 one-bedrooms. All apartments have a full kitchen and bath.

There are six different room layouts (please click the room name to see the layout)

Building A Jumbo: 25.5 ft. x 17 ft. = 435 sq. ft. (approximately)
Building A Studio: 26.5 ft. x 12 ft. = 320 sq. ft. (approximately)

Building B Mini Jumbo: 27 ft. x 15 ft. = 400 sq. ft. (approximately)
Building B One Bedroom: 34 ft. x 15 ft. = 500 sq. ft. (approximately)

Building C Jumbo: 18 ft. x 24 ft. = 430 sq. ft. (approximately)
Building C Studio: 18 ft. x 16. ft. = 300 sq. ft. (approximately)
