Due to the magnitude of the planned improvements and the complicated financial structure, Stevenson House has assembled a professional and highly skilled team to assist with the financing and renovation process. Major team members identified so far include:

Stevenson House Feasibility Subcommittee
The Stevenson House Board has designated a subcommittee of the board and senior staff to work closely with and oversee the work of the development consultant and rest of the project team. The subcommittee members represent experts in the areas of design, construction and business, as well as working knowledge of Stevenson House.

Related California, Development Consultant
Stevenson House undertook an extensive process of interviewing a number of potential entities to assist with the project. Ultimately the Board selected The Related Companies of California to act as its Development Consultant. Related has extensive experience renovating existing apartment complexes, working to avoid disruption and inconvenience to residents as much as possible. The company also has extensive experience in the development and operation of senior apartment complexes like Stevenson House. Related has been working on the project for several months to assist Stevenson House to develop a plan of action. Steinberg Architects is a well know architecture firm that has extensive experience with a wide array of senior housing and rehabilitation.
