The anticipated schedule for the Stevenson House Renovation Plan is as follows:

  • Project’s permanent lender, submitted its mortgage application to HUD-FHA
  • Architects and Engineering Plans
  • Packages Submitted for Building Plan Review and Permits
  • Priorities for renovation
  • Contractor continues to explore building conditions
  • OPC meeting with residents
  • Ongoing Resident Meetings and Feedback
February – April 2015
  • Project is scheduled to close financing, end of April 2015
  • Finalize new lease agreements and notify Tenants of future rents
  • Finalize Interior Unit Finish Selection Surveys
  • Ongoing resident meetings and feedback
May – July 2015
  • Start of Stevenson House Renovation Program
  • May 2015: Exterior Work and Building A Community Space
  • July 2015: Residential Units
November 2016
  • Completion of Stevenson House Rehabilitation Program
