Patrick O’Regan, JD, MBA, LLM, is the president and founder of Nobska Technologies, Inc., a clean technology company that is developing and commercializing water treatment and reuse solutions; and an adjunct professor of entrepreneurship with the University of San Francisco School of Business and Professional Studies. As part of Nobska Technologies, he has developed an extensive knowledge on water treatment and re-use, developed and implemented its intellectual property, marketing, and regulatory strategies. He has also co-organized Aquapreneurs, “The Bay Area Water Solutions Group”, a social knowledge network for entrepreneurs focused on water. Prior to founding Nobska Technologies, he was a practicing attorney and partner in the law firm of O’Regan & O’Regan, Falmouth, Massachusetts. He is a member of Rotary International, Falmouth, MA and Palo Alto University, (President, Falmouth, MA 1998-1999; Co-Chair District 5170 Rotaract Committee, Paul Harris Fellow). Patrick holds a BA in Economics from Brown University, a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, and a MBA from Trinity College, Dublin, and an L.L.M. (Innovation, Technology, and the Law) from the University of Edinburgh.
